In the primary suite, a fourteen-foot textured wood bed stretches beyond the scale of furniture and becomes architecture. Brass applications catch low light, while the deep, enveloping form turns sleep into a room within the room. The home office carries a different intimacy. Floor-to-ceiling mahogany paneling surrounds floating desks and custom porcelain hardware, giving the workday a setting that feels focused rather than corporate.
The kitchen is rendered in microcement, its continuous mineral surface interrupted by floating walnut shelves. A cup, a bowl, or a bottle becomes more visible against that restraint. The language is quiet, but never empty. Wood, brass, porcelain, microcement, and stainless steel hold their own textures, allowing the apartment to feel layered without being crowded.
The ambition was to make highly specific interventions feel entirely natural to daily life. The monumental bed becomes simply where one sleeps.
