At VaynerX Miami, the office was treated as a living system rather than a backdrop for work. People arrive, gather, separate, return, and share unfinished thoughts throughout the day. The design gives those movements a physical rhythm, using color, art, wood, and custom furniture to create places where conversation can begin without requiring a scheduled room.
The center of the project is a twenty-five-foot fluted wood bar. Its undulating form reads almost like a wave moving through the office, anchoring reception while creating an informal stage for coffee, introductions, quick meetings, and the conversations that continue after an event should have ended. Around it, bright seating, long communal tables, conference rooms, and open work areas support different levels of focus and exchange.
The furniture was made specifically for the company rather than selected from a contract catalogue. Wood accent chairs, conference tables, reception pieces, paneling, and shelving establish a common language across the shared spaces. Fabricated by Studio Santos’s artisans in Colombia, the collection brings the evidence of handwork into an environment built around speed and ideas.
Art gives the office another layer of identity. S. Lab developed site-specific installations, including a mural by Storm Halbich, an artist from St. Vincent. The result is colorful without becoming chaotic and expressive without losing utility. The office feels unmistakably connected to the company’s energy, but it also gives people enough warmth and specificity to make the space their own.
